Are you a high-potential professional who is looking to take your career to the next level? Have you recently received a promotion and you want to ensure that you bring your A-game to the position? Do you strive to be strategic and thoughtful in your career, but struggle to find the dedicated time and space to make it happen? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then coaching may be right for you.

Great! But — what is coaching?

Good question! Coaching is a forward-looking process to discover what is possible, help you set goals and grow to achieve those goals, work to remove any barriers standing in your way, and ultimately become your best self. As coaches, we offer you the time and space to reflect and gain clarity on your goals, and then guide you through the process to change the necessary behaviors, become more effective, and sustain the progress you’ve made.

That sounds amazing. So — how do you do that?

Performance coaching is inquiry-based: we use questions to guide you through the exploration of possibilities. Coaching is centered on the client; we believe that you have all you need to become your best self. You already have the answers — it’s our job to ask the right questions to help you find them. Unlike consultants, advisors, or mentors, we don't fill the time with our thoughts, beliefs, and recommendations for action. While each of these interventions has a valuable role (and may at times be used in conjunction with coaching), coaching starts with a different assumption: I'm not the expert on you. You're the expert on you. You are a unique individual with your own unique experiences, strengths, behaviors, and obstacles, and you know yourself better than anyone. We give you the permission to clear away the distractions and actually focus on yourself for once.

As coaches, we offer the time and space to clarify and pursue your goals. We support your exploration of possibilities, help you uncover blind spots, co-create your actions with you, keep you accountable to the change you commit to, and help course correct when you aren’t carrying out the change that you want to see. We will listen deeply, encourage and support you as you work towards becoming your best self. We may open other perspectives or challenge your current beliefs — after all, you can’t change what you can’t see! We will stretch your thinking, uncover what makes you shine, and help you see yourself and your career clearly.
